OUR MISSION

Advanced Spine Health Center is a chiropractic clinic in Urbandale, Iowa, specializing in Chiropractic BioPhysics® (CBP®) structural correction. Our mission is to help patients throughout the Des Moines metro understand the true cause of their pain and give them the education, resources, and treatment needed to create lasting change — not just temporary symptom relief.

Meet Dr Kyle Ruehle DC

Chiropractor | Certified Chiropractic BioPhysics® (CBP®) Practitioner

Originally from the small town of Cherokee, Iowa, Dr. Kyle Ruehle brings the values he grew up with into every patient interaction — honesty, integrity, hard work, and treating people with the same respect and compassion he would expect for his own family.

Dr. Ruehle graduated with honors from Palmer College of Chiropractic, where he was recognized as one of the top students in his class. He went on to complete advanced certification in Chiropractic BioPhysics® (CBP®) — one of the most research-supported methods for correcting spinal alignment and posture — along with additional specialized training in extremity adjusting. In 2016, he opened Advanced Spine Health Center in Urbandale, Iowa, where he has practiced ever since.

Rather than simply treating symptoms, Dr. Ruehle focuses on identifying and correcting the underlying structural problems that contribute to pain, nerve irritation, and loss of function. Every patient receives a thorough examination and a personalized treatment plan built around their unique condition, goals, and lifestyle.

His philosophy is simple: combine the right treatments for the right patient at the right time. Depending on your needs, care may include CBP® spinal correction, chiropractic adjustments, spinal decompression, rehabilitation exercises, regenerative medicine, and other evidence-based therapies that work together to produce better, longer-lasting results.
